Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pendapatan Usaha Homestay Pulau Tidung Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta”. Adapun latar belakang dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagai salah satu pusat pariwisata di Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu, Pulau Tidung juga memiliki fasilitas yang diperlukan wisatawan mulai salah satunya penginapan (homestay), tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan dari usaha jasa penginapan (homestay) di Pulau Tidung Kepulauan Seribu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner serta dinas-dinas terkait. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah tabulasi dan deskriptif mengetahui pendapatan bersih dari pemilik penginapan (homestay).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada bulan Desember 2014 dari 106 responden rata-rata penerimaan Rp8.524.528,00 dan rata-rata biaya total Rp2.505.428,00. Dari hasil tersebut maka diperoleh rata-rata pendapatan bersih atau keuntungan Rp6.019.100,00, dengan pendapatan terendah dari usaha penginapan Rp348.958,00 dan pendapatan tertinggi dari usaha penginapan Rp29.901.167,00 serta standar deviasi Rp5.605.084.
Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah disarankan para pengusaha penyedia jasa penginapan (homestay) yang ada di Pulau Tidung Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta untuk terus meningkatkan pelayan sehingga menarik wisatawan untuk menginap di homestay. Selain itu penambahan fasilitas yang ada akan menarik minat wisatawan (konsumen) untuk menginap di homestay. Pemerintah daerah juga bisa meningkatkan pendapatan para pengusaha penyedia jasa penginapan (homestay) di Pulau tidung Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta, dengan membantu pemberian dana usaha untuk mengembangkan usaha penginapan dan membantu memberikan informasi terhadap wisatan yang berkunjung ke Pulau Tidung. Sehingga akan berdampak positif terhadap pendapatan yang diterima oleh pengusaha penginapan dari usaha penyewaan tempat menginap (homestay).

This study entitled "Analysis of Operating Revenue Homestay Tidung Jakarta District Thousand Islands". The background of this research that as one of the centers of tourism in the Thousand Islands District Administration, Tidung also has necessary amenities tourists began one of accommodation (homestay), the purpose of this study is to determine the level of income from the business lodging services (homestay) Tidung Island Thousand Islands. This research uses primary and secondary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires as well as relevant agencies. The analytical tool used is the tabulation and descriptive determine the net income of the innkeeper (homestay).
Based on the results of the study in December 2014 from 106 respondents the average acceptance Rp8.524.528,00 and average total cost Rp2.505.428,00. From these results we obtained an average net income or profit Rp6.019.100,00, with the lowest incomes from businesses Rp348.958,00 accommodation and the highest revenue of the business as well as the standard deviation Rp29.901.167,00 accommodation Rp5.605.084.
The implications of this study are advised entrepreneurs lodging service providers (homestay) in the island Tidung Jakarta Thousand Islands District Administration to continue to improve the waiter so attract tourists to stay in a homestay. Besides the addition of the existing facilities would attract tourists (consumers) to stay in a homestay. The local government can also increase the income of entrepreneurs lodging service providers (homestay) in tidung Island Administrative District Thousand Islands Jakarta, with the help funding efforts to develop lodging businesses and help provide information on visiting the island wisatan Tidung. So it will have a positive impact on the income earned by entrepreneurs of lodging rental business places to stay (homestay).
