Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. Untuk mengetahui apakah faktor modal, bahan baku, dan tenaga kerja mempengaruhi produksi tahu dan tempe di Kabupaten Banyumas, 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor apakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produksi tahu dan tempe di Kabupaten Banyumas, 3. Untuk Mengetahui apakah industri tahu dan tempe sudah mencapai tingkat efisiensi ekonomi.

This study aims to: 1. To determine whether the factor of capital, raw materials, labor and production affect tahu and tempe in Banyumas, 2. To determine whether the factors that most influence on the production of tahu and tempe in Banyumas, 3. To Know whether the tahu and tempe industry has reached the level of economic efficiency.
