UJI Trichoderma sp. ISOLAT TERPILIH DALAM FORMULA CAIR DAN FORMULA PADAT ORGANIK UNTUK MENGENDALIKAN NEMATODA PURU AKAR TOMAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian isolat jamur Trichoderma sp. dalam formula cair dan padat organik dalam menekan tingkat kerusakan akar pada tanaman tomat, 2) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian isolat jamur Trichoderma sp. dalam formula cair dan padat organik terhadap populasi nematoda puru akar tanaman tomat, 3) mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh pemberian isolat jamur Trichoderma sp. dalam formula cair dan padat organik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan September 2014 sampai Januari 2015 di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), dengan 14 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, nematisida, air limbah tahu dan pupuk kandang ayam dengan kombinasi Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe, Trichoderma sp. isolat nanas + bawang merah, Trichoderma sp. isolat pisang + bawang merah, dan Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe + nanas + pisang + bawang merah. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tingkat kerusakan akar, populasi nematoda, tinggi tanaman, bobot segar tanaman, bobot segar akar, jumlah buah per tanaman, dan bobot buah per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Aplikasi isolat Trichoderma sp. mampu menekan tingkat kerusakan akar tanaman tomat. Perlakuan terbaik yaitu pemberian Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe + pupuk kandang ayam dengan penekanan tingkat kerusakan akar sebesar 31,82%.2) Aplikasi jamur antagonis Trichoderma sp. mampu menekan populasi nematoda puru akar tanaman tomat. Perlakuan terbaik yaitu Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe + pupuk kandang ayam dengan tingkat penekanan populasi nematoda puru akar tomat sebesar 31,41%, pemberian Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe + nanas + pisang + bawang merah + pupuk kandang ayam dengan tingkat penekanan populasi nematoda puru akar tomat sebesar 32,13%, dan pemberian Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe + air limbah tahu + pupuk kandang ayam + dengan tingkat penekanan populasi nematoda puru akar tomatsebesar 30,68%. 3) Aplikasi jamur antagonis Trichoderma sp. yang diformulasi dengan air limbah thu dan pupuk kandang ayam belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat.

The aims of this research were to: 1) know the effect of isolate Trichoderma sp. in liquid and solid formula in reducing level of root damage, 2) know the effect of isolate Trichoderma sp. in liquid and solid formula in reducing root knot nematode populations, and 3) know the effect of isolate Trichoderma sp. in liquid and solid formula for the growth of tomato plants. The research was conducted from September 2014 to January 2015 in Plant Protection Laboratory and eksperimental field belongs to Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. This research used Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 14 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments consist of, control, nematicide, water waste soybean processing substrate and fertilizer chicken feces substrate with a combination of Trichoderma sp. ginger isolate, Trichoderma sp. pineapple + shallot isolate, Trichoderma sp. banana + shallot isolate, Trichoderma sp. ginger + pineapple + banana + shallot isolate, nematicide and control. The variables measured were level of root damage, root knot nematode populations, plant height, plant fresh weight, root fresh weight, number of fruit, and fruit weight. The results showed that:1) Application of Trichoderma sp. Isolate could to reduce level of root damage. The best treatment is application of Trichoderma sp. ginger isolate + fertilizer chicken feces substrate with level of root damage as high as 31.82%. 2) Application of Trichoderma sp. isolate could to root knot nematode populations. The best treatment is application of Trichoderma sp. ginger isolate + fertilizer chicken feces substrate with level of root damage as high as 31.41%, application of Trichoderma sp. ginger + pineapple + banana + shallot isolate + fertilizer chicken feces substrate with level of root knot nematode populations as high as 32.13%, and application of Trichoderma sp. ginger isolate + , water waste soybean processing substrate + fertilizer chicken feces substrate with level of root knot nematode populations as high as 30.68%. 3)Application of Trichoderma sp. isolates liquid and solid formula couldn’t improved growth and production on tomato plants.
