KANDUNGAN TOTAL PETROLEUM HYDROCARBON PADA AIR, SEDIMEN, VEGETASI MANGROVE Rhizophora apiculata DAN Avicennia marina DI SEGARA ANAKAN CILACAP

Segara Anakan Cilacap mendapatkan masukan limbah dari aktivitas industri minyak bumi yang mengandung hidrokarbon. Keberadaan hidrokarbon tersebut akan mencemari perairan, sedimen dan vegetasi mangrove. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kandungan Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) di air, sedimen, akar, batang, daun dan hubungan kandungan TPH di air dan sedimen dengan TPH di akar, batang dan daun R.apiculata dan A.marina. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu metode survey, dengan teknik pengambilan cluster with stratified sampling dan purposive random sampling pada 8 stasiun dengan 3 kali ulangan. Data di analisis secara deskriptif komparatif dan menggunakan regresi korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan TPH di air berkisar 12,36-54,67 mg/L, TPH di sedimen berkisar 9.987,28-29.326,67 mg/kg, TPH di akar R.apiculata dan A.marina berkisar 107,31-1.123,3 mg/kg dan 73,49-1.080,45 mg/kg, TPH di batang R.apiculata dan A.marina berkisar 52-702,28 mg/kg dan 50,11-615,23 mg/kg, TPH di daun R.apiculata dan A.marina berkisar 23,27-318,06 mg/kg dan 11,44-263,33 mg/kg. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut keberadaan TPH di air dan sedimen berpengaruh terhadap TPH di akar, batang dan daun R.apiculata dan A.marina.

Segara Anakan Cilacap has been supplied hydrocarbon pollution from oil industry discharge. The contamination of petroleum hydrocarbon would pollute the waters, sediment, and mangrove vegetation. This research aimed to determine TPH existence in water, sediment, roots, stems and leaves as well as to find out the correlation TPH among in water and sediment, with TPH in the roots, stems, and leaves R.apiculata and A.marina. Survey method has been conducted using cluster with stratified sampling and purposive random sampling of 8 stations with 3 replicate. Data was analyzed using descriptive comparative and correlation regression. The results showed that the TPH content of water ranged 12,36-54,67 mg/L, TPH content of sediment 9.987,28-29.326,67 mg/kg, TPH content of roots R.apiculata and A.marina 107,31-1.123,3 mg/kg dan 73,49-1.080,45 mg/kg, TPH content of stems R.apiculata and A.marina 52-702,28 mg/kg dan 50,11-615,23 mg/kg, TPH content of leaves R.apiculata and A.marina 23,27-318,06 mg/kg dan 11,44-263,33 mg/kg. Based on the finding research was concluded existence TPH in water and sediment affect TPH in the roots, stems and leaves R.apiculata and A.marina.
