Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris pada perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2013. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen, Struktur Modal, dan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, struktur modal, dan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2013 berjumlah 46 perusahaan. Metode pengambilain sampel menggunakan purposive sampling method sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 13 perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi terhadap laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, struktur modal, dan pengungkapan CSR secara simultan berpengaruh (signifikan) terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) Profitabilitas berpengaruh (signifikan) terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh (signifikan) terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) struktur modal tidak berpengaruh (signifikan) terhadap nilai perusahaan, (5) pengungkapan CSR tidak berpengaruh (signifikan) terhadap nilai perusahaan.

his study is an empirical study on the enterprise sub-sector property and real estate listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2013. This study entitled "Effect of Profitability, Dividend Policy, Capital Structure, and Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) The Company Value. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, capital structure, and disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the value of the company. The population in this study is a sub company property and real estate sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2013 amounted to 46 companies. Pengambilain method of sample using purposive sampling method so that the amount of sample is 13 companies. The research method using documentary study on the financial statements and annual reports. Based on data analysis, the results showed that: (1) profitability, dividend policy, capital structure, and disclosure of CSR simultaneously influence (significant) against the value of the company, (2) Profitability effect (significant) against the value of the company, (3) the dividend policy no effect (significant) against the value of the company, (4) does not affect the capital structure (significant) against the value of the company, (5) the disclosure of CSR has no effect (significant) against the value of the company.
