EVALUASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN OBAT BERDASARKAN METODE PIECES DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN CILACAP PADA TAHUN 2013

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Obat (SIMO) adalah suatu tatanan manusia dan peralatan yang menyediakan informasi yang membantu proses manajemen pengelolaan obat. Aplikasi SIMO telah diterapkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cilacap sejak tahun 2008. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi manajemen obat berdasar metode PIECES di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cilacap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif evaluatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah petugas yang menangani SIMO di 13 puskesmas di Kabupaten Cilacap diambil menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat. SIMO berdasar metode PIECES di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cilacap menurut sebagian besar responden pada aspek control/security ,efficiency dan service dinilai baik oleh pengguna. SIMO secara keseluruhan dinilai tidak baik oleh pengguna. Oleh karena itu, disarankan bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cilacap untuk menganalisis permasalahan dari sisi petugas pengelola obat Puskesmas dan pemrogram unuk mengetahui penyebab ketidakakuratan sehingga dapat segera diperbaiki. Selain itu, diperlukan peningkatan anggaran untuk meningkatkan fasilitas seperti perbaikan koneksi internet, dan penambahan fitur.

Drug Management Information System (SIMO) is an order of human and equipment that provide information to help the management of the drug. Applications SIMO has been implemented by Cilacap District Health Office since 2008. This study aimed to evaluate the drug management information system based PIECES methods in the region of Cilacap District Health Office. This was descriptive evaluative research with cross sectional approach. The sample was the officer who handles SIMO in 13 health centers in Cilacap Regency taken using stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate analysis. SIMO based on PIECES methods in primary health center in Cilacap District Health Office by most respondents in control/security aspect, efficiency and service were judged to be good. SIMO in the overall were judged to be bad by respondents. Therefore, it is advisable to Cilacap District Health Office to analyze the problems of the health center management personnel and programmers to know the cause of inaccuracies so that they can be fixed. In addition, the necessary increase in the budget to improve facilities such as internet connection repair, and the addition of features.
