Kasus suspect Chikungunya di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas dari Januari sampai Agustus 2014 terbanyak terdapat di wilayah Puskesmas II Purwokerto Timur yaitu sebanyak 68 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran kasus suspect Chikungunya berdasarkan variabel orang, waktu, tempat kasus suspect Chikungunya di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas II Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei Bersifat deskriptif atau explanatory study. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner, dan alat dokumentasi berupa kamera. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian rata-rata umur responden adalah 15-64 tahun, 40 responden (58,82%) berjenis kelamin perempuan, pekerjaan responden paling banyak ibu rumah tangga 18 orang (26,47%), responden dengan penghasilan ≥1.100.000 berjumlah 45 orang (60,30%), 56 orang (82,35%) berpendidikan lanjut ≥ SMP. Tingkat pengetahuan 39 responden (57,4%) berpengetahuan rendah. 41 reponden (60,3%) memiliki sikap tidak mendukung dan sebanyak sebanyak 36 responden (52,9%) berperilaku baik. Berdasarkan variabel tempat kondisi fisik 100% responden memiliki Tempat Penampungan Air (100%). Berdasarkan kondisi biologis,41 respoden (60,30%)  memiliki tanaman hias di sekitar rumah dan 47 responden (69,12%) memiliki tanaman di pekarangan. Kepadatan hunian sebanyak 41 responden (60.30%) kepadatan hunian tidak padat. Berdasarkan variabel waktu yaitu kasus paling banyak ditemui dari Januari-April 2014, puncak kasus ada di Februari 2014. Fase klinis paling banyak dialami responden adalah 2 hari, durasi paling lama dialami oleh penderita adalah 2 bulan dan durasi paling banyak dialami responden adalah 7 hari. Saran untuk masyarakat Purwokerto Timur yaitu menggalakan tim Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) dari petugas Puskesmas yang memberikan informasi dan pelatihan langsung mengenai pencegahan chikungunya serta mendampingi kader dalam melakukan PSN.

Suspect cases of Chikungunya in  Banyumas from January to August 2014 are the highest in the region Primary Health Center (PHC) II East Purwokerto as many as 68 cases. This study aims to reveal the suspect cases of Chikungunya based variable person, time and place in PHC II East Purwokerto, Banyumas District. This type of research is a survey research t descriptive or explanatory study. The samples using total sampling. Instruments in this study was a questionnaire and documentation tools in this research was camera. The result study suspect cases of Chikungunya in PHC  II East Purwokerto showed that average age of respondents was 35.94 years, 40 respondents (58.82%) were female, most respondents were housewives (26.47% ), 45 people (60.30%) had respondents with incomes ≥ 1.100.000, 27 respondents (39.71%) had middle education (SMA). The level of knowledge of 39 respondents (57.4%) had low knowledge. 41 respondents (60.3%) had a unsupportive attitude and as much as 36 respondents (52.9%) had good behavior. Based on a place variable in terms of the physical condition showed that 100% of respondents had Shelter Air (100%). Under the terms of the biological condition, 41 respondents (60.30%) had decorative plants around the house and 47 respondents (69.12%) had plants in the yard. Residential density as much as 41 respondents (60.30%) were in the category of residential density is not congested. Based on the time variable  the most common case of the Month from January to April 2014, the peak of the case in February 2014. The most widely experienced clinical phase respondent is 2 days, while the longest duration experienced by patients is 2 months and the duration of the most widely experienced by respondents is 7 days. PHC II East Purwokerto expected to promoting team mosquito nest eradication community, forming cadres, and  give rewards to citizens who managed to clear of mosquito larvae.
