THE DIFFERENT INFLUENCES OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE (A STUDY ON PRIVATE AND STATE BPR IN THE YEAR 2010 – 2013)

This research is entitled “THE DIFFERENT INFLUENCES OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE (A STUDY ON PRIVATE AND STATE BPRs IN THE YEAR OF 2010-2013)”. The purpose of this research is to find out the influences of VACA, VAHU and STVA on the financial performance in private and state BPRs, and than to find out the different influences of VACA, VAHU, STVA in the private and state BPRs. The analysis method used was doubled-regression by using Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Auto-correlation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test). Data used was financial report of Private and State BPRs in the year of 2010 - 2013. The research result shows that VACA and STVA influence the financial performance of the company (ROA) in the private and State BPRs. Meanwhile, VAHU influences the financial performance of Private BPR but does not influence the financial performance of state BPR. There are different influences of the element of intellectual capital VACA, VAHU and STVA on the company's performance (ROA) between private and state BPRs.
