Artikel penelitian ini membahas tentang dinamika gerakan mahasiswa ‘Save Soedirman’ dalam menentang kebijakan UKT (Uang Kuliah Tunggal) tahun 2012/2013. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah proses terbentuknya ‘Save Soedirman’, dinamika gerakan ‘Save Soedirman’ serta faktor yang menjadi pendorong dan penghambat ‘Save Soedirman’ dalam menentang kebijakan UKT. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Proses lahirnya gerakan ’Save Soedirman’ berawal dari keresahan sebagian organisasi mahasiswa seperti LPM, BEM dan Ormas tentang kebijakan UKT pada tahun 2012. Akumulasi keresahan mahasiswa tentang UKT berubah menjadi sebuah gerakan yang mewadahi mahasiswa secara luas. Lahirnya ’Save Soedirman’, terlihat dari bergabungnya berbagai organisasi seperti Aliansi Persma se-Unsoed, Aliansi UKM Teater se-UNSOED, Aliansi Ormas, Aliansi UKM Musik se-UNSOED. Dinamika gerakan mahasiswa ’Save Soedirman’ terlihat dari ’Forum Reboan’, Konser keliling fakultas se-UNSOED, Penggunaan hand band ’Save Soedirman’, Propaganda ’Save Soedirman’ di media sosial, Audiensi Rektorat ’Ngobrol Bareng Om Rektor’, ’Aksi Occupy Rektorat’, ’Penghianatan Rektorat’, Aksi ’Penguburan Hati Nurani Rektorat’, ’Aksi Pengasapan Rektorat’, Somasi mahasiswa terhadap UNSOED dan penggugatan mahasiswa di PTUN terkait SK Rektor UKT tahun 2013. Hingga akhirnya gerakan mahasiswa ’Save Soedirman’ menghilang dan masing-masing organisasi serta mahasiswa saling memisahkan diri. Faktor penghambat dari Gerakan ’Save Soedirman’ dikarenakan tidak adanya evaluasi di setiap kegiatan, minimnya regenerasi di dalam gerakan ’Save Soedirman’, sentimen antarorganisasi dalam gerakan ’Save Soedirman’, konsolidasi dan transformasi tentang UKT yang minim, intimidasi oleh beberapa Dosen serta birokrasi kepada mahasiswa angkatan 2012.

This research article discusses on the dynamics of the student movement 'Save Soedirman' in opposing the policy of UKT (Tuition Fee) class of 2012/2013. The focus of this research is the process of formation of the 'Save Soedirman', the dynamics of 'Save Soedirman' movement as well as the factors driving and inhibiting become 'Save Soedirman' in opposing the policy UKT. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. the process of the birth of the 'Save Soedirman' movement which originated from the fidgetiness of the most student organizations such as LPM, BEM and Student Organization on policy of UKT in 2012. The restlessness accumulation eventually turned into a movement that aims to accommodate students extensively. The spread of the movement that gave birth to the 'Save Soedirman', seen from the merger of various organizations such as the Alliance of Student Press in Unsoed, Alliance of Theatre Student in UNSOED, Student Organization Alliance, Alliance of Music Student in UNSOED. The dynamics of the 'Save Sordirman' student movement seen from the educational process, consolidation and alliances such as the 'Forum Reboan', Concert around faculty in UNSOED, the use of 'Save Soedirman' hand band, Propaganda 'Save Soedirman' in social media, Hearing Rector 'Ngobrol Bareng Om Rektor','Aksi Occupy Rektorat','Penghianatan Rektorat', 'Penguburan Hati Nurani Rektorat' Action, 'Aksi Pengasapan Rektorat', Student subpoena against UNSOED and reporting in PTUN related SK Rector UKT 2013. Until the end of the 'Save Soedirman' student movement getting lost and each organization and also each student dissociate themselves. The obstacle factors of 'Save Soedirman' movement in opposing the policy of UKT is the absence of a full evaluation of each activity in 'Save Soedirman', the lack of regeneration in the 'Save Soedirman' movement, sentiments between organizations in the 'Save Soedirman' movement, the lack of consolidation and transformtion of the UKT, intimidation by some lecturers and also bureaucracy toward student class of 2012.
