Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui Konsentrasi Estrogen dan Progesteron pada domba induk ekor tipis. Materi yang digunakan  yaitu lima belas domba induk ekor tipis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode Experimental dengan rancangan dasar Rancangan Acak Lengkap. Seluruh ternak ditempatkan secara acak kedalam tiga perlakuan pakan, yaitu: perlakuan pakan non-flushing (F0) dan Flushing (F1 dan, F2) dengan ulangan sebanyak 5 kali. peubah yang diamati adalah konsentrasi estrogen dan progesteron  Data yang di peroleh dianalisis dengan beda nyata terkecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemberian pakan konsentrat yang diberikan secara flushing tidak berpengaruh nyata (P≥0,05) terhadap konsentrasi estrogen, dan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsentrasi progesteron domba ekor tipis setelah kawin pada hari ke 14. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pakan konsentrat secara flushing dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi progesteron domba ekor tipis pada hari ke 14 setelah kawin

This research aimed to determine the concentration of Estrogen and Progesterone on stem thin tail sheep. The material that was used were fifteen heads of thin tail sheep. This research was conducted with experimental method with the basic design of completely randomized design. All of animals were placed randomly assigned into three treatments of feed, there were: the treatment of non-flushing feed (F0) and flushing (F1, and F2) with 5 times replication. The observed variables are the concentration estrogen and progesterone. The obtained data were analyzed by the least significant difference. The results of this research showed that feeding concentrates which is given with flushing was not significantly effect (P≥0,05) to the estrogen concentration, and of thouse was a significantly effect (P<0.05) to the progesterone concentrations on thin tail sheep after mating in the 14th day. Based on the results of research it can be concluded that giving feed of concentrate feed in flushing could increase the progesterone concentration of thin tail sheep on the 14th day after mating.
