Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh fermeherbafit dalam ransum ayam broiler terhadap bobot dan persentase organ asesori. Materi yang digunakan adalah ayam broiler betina umur 1 hari (DOC) sebanyak 80 ekor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang diuji adalah penggunaan fermeherbafit dalam ransum yang terdiri atas, R0 = 0 %; R1 = 2 % ;R2 = 4 %; R3 = 6 %.  Setiap unit perlakuan terdiri dari 4 ekor ayam, Peubah yang diamati adalah bobot dan persentase organ asesori terdiri dari hati, pancreas, empedu dan limpa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan fermeherbafit sampai kadar 6% berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot dan persentase organ asesori. Rataan bobot hati, pancreas, empedu dan limpa secara berurutan yaitu 35,1 gram; 4,43 gram; 3,00 gram; 3,04 gram. Rataan persentase hati, pancreas, empedu dan limpa secara berurutan yaitu 1,19 %; 0,71 %; 0,64 %; 0,65 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan fermeherbafit dalam ransum ayam broiler sampai dengan level 6% menghasilkan bobot dan persentase organ asesori yang relatif sama.

The study aimed to assess the influence of fermeherbafit in the ration of broiler chickens against weights and percentages accessories organs. The material used in the study was female broiler chickens aged 1 day (DOC) as much as 80 birds. The method used in the study was an experimental method with completely randomized design (CRD). The Treatments was the use  fermeherbafit in the ration consisted of, R0 = 0%; R1 = 2%; R2 = 4%; R3 = 6%. Each treatment unit consists of 4 chickens. Variables measured were weight and percentage of accessory organs liver, pancreas, gall bladder and spleen. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance. The results of analysis of variance showed that the use of fermeherbafit on the ration had not affect significantly (P> 0.05) on the weight and the percentage of the liver, pancreas, gall bladder and spleen. The average weight of the liver, pancreas, gall bladder and spleen in a sequence that is 35.1 grams; 4.43 grams; 3.00 grams; 3,04 gram. The average percentage of the liver, pancreas, gall bladder and spleen in sequence, namely 1.19%; 0.71%; 0.64%; 0.65%. Based on the results of the research concluded that the use fermeherbafit in broiler chicken rations up to level 6% yield and the percentage weight of the were relatively similar.
