PERSEPSI KEADILAN, TRUST DAN KINERJA MANAJERIAL: STUDI EKSPERIMEN DALAM KONTEKS PENGANGGARAN PARTISIPATIF

The purpose of this research is to test whether perceptions distributive justice and procedural justice subordinates during the participatory budgeting process can foster trust subordinates to their supervisor and also to prove whether the trust subordinates to supervisor can increase managerial performance. This research used experiment method. Participants are as many as 59 students of accounting Jenderal Soedirman University. An experimental design 2x2 between subjects was conducted. Manipulated variabel in this experiment are the fairness perceptions of distributive justice and procedural justice. Hypothesis testing with ANOVA. The result of this research indicate that perceptions of distributive justice and procedural justice subordinates during the participatory budgeting process can foster trust subordinates to supervisor. This research also prove that trust subordinates to supervisor can increase managerial performance.
