This research is entitled: FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE
REVENUE OF TOFU SMALL INDUSTRY IN TOFU INDUSTRY
CENTER KUNINGAN SUB-DISTRICT KUNINGAN REGENCY WEST
JAVA. The purposes of this research were to know the effect of the variable of
capital, workers and raw material on the net revenue in tofu industry center
Kunigan Sub-district Kuningan Regency West Java and to know the economic
efficiency of the users of tofu production factors in tofu industry center Kuningan
Sub-district Kuningan Regency West Java.
The hypotheses proposed were that variable of capital, workers, and raw
material had significant effect on the revenue of tofu industry Kuningan Subdistrict
Kuningan Regency West Java and that the production factors in tofu
industry center Kuningan Sub-district Kuningan Regency West Java was
technically efficient.
The research employed linear regression analysis, classical assumption
test, adjusted R square test, F test, t test, and economic efficiency analysis.
Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the variables
of capital, workers, raw material simultaneously had positive and significant
effect on the revenue of tofu industry in tofu industry center Kuningan Subdistrict
Kuningan Regency West Java. In other word, the hypothesis was
accepted. Tofu industry in tofu industry center Kuningan Sub-district Kuningan
regency economically was efficient since the result of the analysis on economy
efficiency depicted that the average value of R/C was more than one.
