THE EFFECTS OF EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT AND SPIRITUAL QUOTIENT ON PROFIT PERCEPTION (Survey on SMEs in Banyumas Regency)

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of emotional quotient and spiritual quotient on the profit perception. The research is conducted at the area of SMEs in Banyumas Regency. Target population of this research is SMEs business people who produce superior products in Banyumas Regency. The method of research was survey, with sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and Slovin formula. Based on the calculation using Slovin formula, it was obtained as the sample of 90 respondents. Furthermore, the technique of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of this study shows that emotional quotient and spiritual quotient have a positive and significant influence on profit perception of SMEs business people in Banyumas Regency. This result also proves that spiritual quotient is the most dominant variable that influence profit perception of SMEs business people in Banyumas Regency.
