Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil adalah landasan hukum bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil untuk pelaksanaan tugasnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil dijadikan dasar untuk mengatur penyusunan Aparatur Negara yang baik dan benar. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur  karena terjadi pelanggaran Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil, seperti tidak masuk kerja tanpa alasan yang sah selama kurang lebih 1 (satu) tahun, pelanggaran terlambatnya Pegawai Negeri Sipil masuk kantor, pulang sebelum jam pulang kantor, tidak mengikuti senam kesegaran jasmani dan, apel senin pagi.  Hal ini tentu menghambat upaya pemerintah dalam mewujudkan penyelenggaran pemerintah yang Produktif, Efisien, Efektif, Ekonomis, berdaya guna dan berhasil guna. Dengan adanya perilaku Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang kurang mematuhi peraturan disiplin, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan peraturan pemerintah tentang disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kantor Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur  dan apa saja hambatan-hambatan didalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder, yang disusun secara sistematis. Dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan simpulan bahwa Penerapan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 di Kantor Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur  sudah diterapkan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Pihak Kantor Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur  telah melakukan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan mengurangi pelanggaran yang terjadi dengan penjatuhan sanksi secara tegas.

Research conducted in the District of Duren Sawit, East Jakarta because of a Civil Servant Discipline violations, such as missing work without a legitimate reason for approximately 1 (one) year, delays violation Civil Servants in the office, back home before the time of the office closed, do not follow exercise and physical fitness, Monday morning ceremony. It is certainly hamper the government's efforts in realizing the conduct of government Productive, Efficient, Effective, Economical, efficient and effective. With the behavior of Civil Servants less comply with the rules of discipline, the study aims to determine how the application of government regulations concerning the discipline of the Civil Service in the District of Duren Sawit, East Jakarta and any obstacles in its application. This study uses normative juridical approach and descriptive study specifications. The data used primary legal materials and secondary law, systematically arranged. Analyzed qualitatively. The results provide the conclusion that the adoption of Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 in District of Duren Sawit, East Jakarta has been implemented well, but there are still obstacles in its implementation. The Part of Duren Sawit, East Jakarta Sub-district has made efforts to improve discipline and reduce violations with sanctions explicitly.
