UJI Trichoderma sp. ISOLAT BAWANG MERAH DAN NENAS DALAM FORMULA CAIR DAN PADAT ORGANIK UNTUK MENGENDALIKAN PENYAKIT KARAT DAUN KACANG TANAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan Trichoderma sp. dalam formula padat dan cair organik untuk mengendalikan patogen penyebab penyakit karat daun, pertumbuhan, dan hasil kacang tanah. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 7 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi: kontrol, fungisida, Substrat cair limbah tahu, pupuk kandang ayam, pupuk kandang ayam + Trichoderma sp. isolat nenas dan bawang merah, formula cair limbah tahu + Trichoderma sp. isolat nenas dan bawang merah, dan kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam + Trichoderma sp. isolat nenas dan bawang merah dengan formula cair limbah tahu + Trichoderma sp. isolat nenas dan bawang merah. Variabel yang diamati: masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit karat daun, kepadatan akhir Trichoderma sp., tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, bobot segar dan kering tajuk, panjang, bobot segar, dan kering akar, saat berbunga pertama, jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot segar polong, jumlah polong isi dan hampa, dan kandungan fenol tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian Trichoderma sp. dalam formula cair limbah tahu mampu menekan penyakit karat daun sebesar 25,02%. Pupuk kandang ayam + Trichoderma sp. isolat nenas dan bawang merah mampu meningkatkan bobot segar dan kering tajuk, panjang akar, bobot segar dan kering akar berturut turut sebesar 26,53%; 20,50%; 24,31%; 97,04%; dan 86,23%. Pemberian Trichoderma sp. belum mampu meningkatkan hasil tanaman kacang tanah.

The aims of this study were to determine the ability of Trichoderma sp. in solid and liquid organic formulas for controlling rust pathogen, growth, and yield of peanut. The experiment was consisted 7 treatments with 4 replicates arranged in a randomized block design (RBD). The treatment were: control; fungicide; tofu waste liquid substrate; substrate of chicken manure; chicken manure + Trichoderma sp. shallot and pineapple isolates; liquid formula of tofu waste + Trichoderma sp. pineapple and shallot isolates; and combination of chicken manure + Trichoderma sp. shallot and pineapple isolates and liquid formula of tofu waste + Trichoderma sp. pineapple and shallot isolates. Observed variables were the incubation period, intensity of rust, final density of Trichoderma sp., plant height, number of branches, shoot fresh and dry weight, length, fresh and dry root weight, first flowering, number of pods per plants, weight of fresh pods, number of pods and empty pods, and analysis of phenolic compounds. Results showed that the application liquid formula of tofu waste + Trichoderma sp. reduced the intensity of rust by 25,02%. Solid formula of chicken manure +Trichoderma sp. pineapple and shallot isolates increased shoot fresh and dry weight, root length, the fresh and dry root weight of respectively; 26.53%; 20.50%; 24.31%; 97.04%; and 86.23%. However, Trichoderma sp. was not able to increased the yield of peanut plants.
