ALGORITMA C4.5 DALAM PEMBENTUKAN POHON KEPUTUSAN

Algoritma C4.5 adalah algoritma klasifikasi data dengan teknik pohon keputusan. Penelitian ini membahas pembentukan pohon keputusan menggunakan algoritma C4.5. Algoritma C4.5 menggunakan nilai entropy dan nilai information gain sebagai kriteria dalam pembentukan pohon keputusan. Rumus entropy merupakan pengembangan dari metode maksimum likelihood untuk memaksimumkan peluang dari setiap atribut. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari data simulasi monte carlo, kemudian dari proses perhitungan algoritma C4.5 dibentuk pohon keputusan dan beberapa aturan untuk membuat suatu program dengan bantuan software MATLAB. Program tersebut digunakan untuk menetukan calon nasabah apakah nantinya bermasalah dalam kredit.

C4.5 algorithm is data classification algorithm with decision tree technique. This research discussed the formation of a decision tree using C4.5 algorithm. C4.5 algorithm using the value of the entropy and information gain value as a criterion in the decision tree formation. Entropy formula is the development of maximum likelihood method to maximize the chances of each attribute. The data this research was obtained from monte carlo simulation data, then from the calculation algorithm C4.5 decision tree formed and some rules to create a program with the help of MATLAB software. The program is used to determine whether a borrower will have trouble credit.
