Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto periode September-Desember 2014.

Background: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Effectiveness Tuberculosis treatment has been available, but Tuberculosis cases still have attention in the worldwide. One of Tuberculosis therapy used in the Tuberculosis eradication program in general is a method that uses Directly Observed Therapy multidrug simultaneously. Drugs toxicity side effects that the current focus is on the effect of hepatic Directly Observed Therapy, which causes hepatotoxicity indicated by laboratory tests include checking blood levels of Aspartate Amino Transaminase and Alanine Amino Transferase. Objective: To cognize the different of Aspartate Amino Transaminase and Alanine Amino Transferase. levels in patients with primary pulmonary Tuberculosis between before and after Directly Observed Therapy for 1 month in Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto hospitals in the period from September to December, 2014. Methods: The research design used descriptive observational study with cross sectional approach. Data research using secondary data from medical records. Do statistic between the levels of Aspartate Amino Transaminase and Alanine Amino Transferase in levels in patients with primary pulmonary Tuberculosis on between before and after Directly Observed therapy for 1 month. Results: The results of the Wilcoxon Sign Rank test on the variable has a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). Then there are differences in the levels of Aspartate Amino Transaminase and Alanine Amino Transferase. In patients with primary pulmonary Tuberculosis between before and after therapy for 1 month Directly Observed Therapy in Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto hospitals period from September to December, 2014. Conclusions: There are differences levels of Aspartate Amino Transaminase and Alanine Amino Transferase. In patients with primary pulmonary Tuberculosis between before and after therapy for 1 month Directly Observed Therapy in Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto hospitals the September to December 2014.
