Air bersih merupakan salah satu sumber kehidupan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup manusia. Setiap harinya penggunaan air bersih semakin meningkat, seiring dengan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan pemenuhan kebutuhan di bidang industri.PT.Holcim Indonesia adalahsalah satuperusahaan semen besar di dunia. Holcim merupakan produsen semen, beton segar (readymix) dan batu pecah (agregat). Dalam proses produksi semen, air memegang peranan penting sebagai air proses (air pendingin) yang digunakan untuk mendinginkan suhu semen setelah pembakarandan digunakan sebagai keperluan domestik seperti minum, kamar mandi dan sebagainya. Untuk menganalisis jaringan pipa pada PT.Holcim Indonesia Cilacap digunakan alat bantusoftware WaterNet versi 2.2. Software waternet ini berfungsi untuk mensimulasikan jaringan pipa sehingga dapat diketahui debit, headloss, tekanan air dan lainnya.Data masukan yang digunakan adalah jaringan pipa, debit pada tiap node, elevasi, diameter, jenis material pipa, data pompa dan reservoir. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan jaringan pipa air bersih yang terdapat pada PT.Holcim Indonesia cabang Cilacap. Setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan Software WaterNet versi 2.2 diperoleh hasil nilai Head loss tertinggi sebesar 39,97 m, sedangkan yang terkecil 0,01 m.Sebanyak 60% kecepatan aliran dalam pipa memiliki nilai kecepatan diatas 0,3 m/det yang berarti sudah sesuai dengan kecepatan yang dianjurkan. Dari hasil optimasi pipa, sebanyak 50% pipa diperbesar diameternya, dan 45% pipa diperkecil diameternya untuk bisa melayani ke semua pelanggan.

Clean water is a source that needed for human life. Every day the use of fresh water is increasing in line with population growth and the needs of industry. PT.Holcim Indonesia is one of large cement company in the world. Holcim is a manufacturer of cement, fresh concrete (Readymix) and crushed stone (aggregate). In the cement production process, water plays an important role as process water (cooling water) that is used to cool the temperature of the cement after combustion and used as domestic purposes such as drinking, bathroom and so on.  To analyze the pipeline in Indonesia PT.Holcim Cilacap Indonesia using Waternet software version 2.2. Waternet software simulate the network so that it can be seen the pipe discharge, headloss, water pressure, etc. Input data that used in the simulation is the pipeline,discharge of node, elevation,diameter, material of pipe, the data pump and reservoir.In this study, use clean water pipelines contained in PT.Holcim Cilacap Indonesia. After analysis using Waternet Software version 2.2,There are  the highest headloss is 39.97 m, while the smallest is 0.01 m.  60% the velocity of flow are above 0.3 m / s which mean are in accordance with the recommended velocity. From the results of pipeline optimization,there ares 50% that need to be enlarged the diameter, and 45% of the pipe is reduced the diameter so it can be able to serve to all customers.
