PENGARUH INFRASTRUKTUR TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN RAKYAT MELALUI PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI JAWA TENGAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh infrastruktur jalan, layanan kesehatan dan air bersih terhadap kesejahteraan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan mengambil sampel terdiri dari 35 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah selama kurun waktu tahun 2007-2012. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis jalur melalui program statistic AMOS adalah (1) bahwa infrastruktur jalan, air bersih berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi sementara infrastruktur kesehatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi (2) Infrastruktur jalan, air bersih, kesehatan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat (3) Pengaruh langsung infrastruktur jalan, air bersih, kesehatan, pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan adalah 0,273 ; 0,408 ; 0,226 0,316 sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung infrastruktur jalan, air bersih terhadap kesejahteraan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah 0,103 dan 0,074.

This study aimed to to analyze the effect of road infrastructure, health and clean water to welfare through economic growth by taking a sample consisting of 35 regency/ cities in Central Java during the period of 2007-2012. The results of the research conducted with path analysis through AMOS statistical program were (1) Road infrastructure and clean water affected significantly and positively on economic growth in Central Java province, while health infrastructure had no significant effect on economic growth, (2) Road infrastructure, clean water, health, and economic growth effected positively and significantly on the welfare of the people in Central Java Province (3) The direct effects of road infrastructure, clean water, health, and economic growth on welfare were 0.273; 0.408; 0.226; and 0.316, while the indirect effects of road infrastructure and clean water on the welfare through economic growth were 0.103 and 0.074.
