PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT USING BALANCED SCORECARD APPROACH (CASE STUDY IN DIENG RITEL DAN SWALAYAN DUKUH WALUH)

Research was conducted in the Dukuhwaluh Purwokerto with object of Dieng Ritel dan Swalayan. This study aims to analyze the company’s performance using four perspectives in concept of Balanced Scorecard. Data analysis in this study uses: (1)quantitative analysis technique that explain the enterprise effective and efficiency of calculation such as ratio to the BSC Concept in measuring the performance of Dieng Ritel dan Swalayan and (2)qualitative analysis, comparing the data obtained from interviews and questionnaires delivery to customers and employees to know the level of customer satisfaction and employees of Dieng Ritel dan Swalayan. The result showed that: 1)company’s financial perspective performance assessed is healthy enough, 2)company’s customer perspective performance assessed is good, 3)company’s internal business perspective performance is assessed good, 4)company’s learning and growth perspective performance assessed is good. Based on these test, it is expected that the owner of the company can develop a performance by enhancing the financial and non-financial aspect that refer to the calculation of the performance appraisal with the concept of BSC.
