Pusat perbelanjan Grage Mall Cirebon merupakan salah satu ikon dari Kota Cirebon yang menjadi daya tarik pengunjung dari berbagai daerah. Oleh karena itu pengawasan terhadap sistem proteksi kebakaran gedung sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Gedung harus memenuhi standar yang disyaratkan oleh pemerintah tentang sistem proteksi kebakaran. Ini dimaksudkan agar kerugian yang ditimbulkan ketika terjadi kebakaran bisa diminimalkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi sistem proteksi kebakaran yang terpasang pada bangunan, menilai keandalan suatu bangunan gedung terhadap bahaya kebakaran dari komponen sistem proteksi pasif, proteksi aktif dan kelengkapan tapak serta sarana penyelamatan dengan studi kasus gedung pusat perbelanjaan Grage Mall Cirebon, serta mendeskripsikan manajemen sistem proteksi kebakaran (Fire Safety Management) yang diterapkan.
	Untuk pembobotan pada masing-masing komponen harus dilakukan dengan metode Analitycal Hierarchycal Process (AHP). Dengan melakukan penilaian dan evaluasi terhadap komponen sistem proteksi kebakaran pada bangunan yang mengacu pada standar penilaian dari Pd-T-11-2005-C. Komponen yang diteliti merupakan komponen yang ada pada sistem proteksi kebakaran. Selain itu juga penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang manajemen penanggulangan kebakaran yang diterapkan pengelola. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, selain dengan metode AHP juga dengan metode wawancara dan diskusi bersama pihak pengelola yang bertanggung jawab tentang pengelolaan manajemen penanggulangan kebakaran.
	Setelah melakukan penelitian terhadap kondisi sistem prokteksi kebakaran pada gedung Grage Mall Cirebon sebagai lokasi penelitian, didapat nilai keandalan sistem keselamatan bangunan (NKSKB). Adapun nilai komponen kelengkapan tapak adalah 24.375 %, sistem proteksi pasif 21.112 %, sistem proteksi aktif 21.984 % serta sistem penyelamatan 23.75 %. Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan (NKSKB) terhadap bahaya kebakaran sebesar 91.221 %, dan masuk kedalam kategori penilaian B (baik).

Shopping center Grage Mall Cirebon is one of the icons of Cirebon city that attracts visitors from various regions. Therefore, audit of building fire protection system is very important to do. The building must have the standards required of the fire protection system. This means that the losses incurred in the event of a fire can be minimized. Some studies say that a lot of buildings that do not have adequate fire protection system. The purpose of this study is to identify fire protection system installed in the building , assess the reliability of a building against fire hazards of passive protection system components, active protection and completeness of the outdoor fire system infrastructure and safety facilities with case studies Grage Mall shopping center Cirebon, and to describe the management of fire protection systems (Fire Safety Management) were applied.

For the weighting of each component has to do with the method Analitycal Hierarchycal Process (AHP). With the assessment and evaluation of the components of fire protection systems in buildings which refers to the standard assessment of Pd - T - 11-2005 - C . The examined components are components in the fire protection system . In addition, this study describes the management of fire prevention applied by the manager. The method used in this study, besides to AHP also with interview and discussion with the manager in charge of the management of fire prevention management.

After doing research on the condition of the fire protection system in the building Grage Mall Cirebon as a research location , obtained value of building safety system reliability. The value of the component of outdoor fire system infrastructure is 25 % , passive protection systems 24.375 % , 21.984 % of active protection systems and rescue systems 23.75 % . System Reliability Safety Building value against fire by 91 221%, and entered into the assessment category B (good).
