Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah fraksi leukosit berbagai ayam sentul pada umur 18 minggu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan ayam Sentul betina pada umur 18 minggu yang terdiri dari ayam Sentul abu (Sa), ayam Sentul batu (Sb), ayam Sentul debu (Sd), ayam Sentul emas (Se), dan ayam Sentul geni (Sg) masing-masing 5 ekor, sehingga melibatkan 25 ekor ayam Sentul. Pengambilan darah dilakukan pada vena pectoralis yang berada dibawah sayap, sampel darah yang diambil sebanyak 25 sampel dari masing-masing berbagai ayam Sentul 5 sampel. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap jumlah fraksi leukosit pada berbagai ayam Sentul yaitu neutrofil, monosit, limfosit, eosinofil, dan basofil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan fraksi leukosit berkisar antara, neutrofil 2969µl-4102µl, monosit 451.2µl-948.6µl, limfosit 2665.4µl-3780.4µl, eosinofil 10µl-38.2µl, dan basofil tidak terdeteksi. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan terhadap jumlah fraksi leukosit berbagai ayam Sentul.

This study aims to determine the number of leucocytes fraction various sentul chicken at the age of 18 weeks. This research was conducted by using chicken Sentul females at the age of 18 weeks consisting of chicken Sentul abu (Sa), chicken Sentul batu (Sb), chicken Sentul debu (Sd), chicken Sentul emas (Se), and chicken Sentul geni (Sg) each 5 tail, thus involving 25 chickens Sentul. Venous blood sampling performed on pectoralis under the wings, blood samples were taken at 25 samples of each of the various chicken Sentul 5 samples. Observations were made of the number of leucocytes in various chicken fraction Sentul namely neutrophils, monocytes, lymphocytes, eosinophils, and basophils. The results showed that the average fraction of leucocytes ranges, neutrophils 2969μl-4102μl, monocytes 451.2μl-948.6μl, lymphocytes 2665.4μl-3780.4μl, eosinophil 10μl-38.2μl, and basophils not detected. The observations show that there is no difference to the number of leukocyte fractions of various chicken Sentul.
