PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL SELADA PADA BERBAGAI RAKITAN TEKNOLOGI BUDIDAYA ORGANIK BERBASIS PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh rakitan teknologi budidaya selada organik berbasis pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan selada, (2) pengaruh rakitan teknologi budidaya organik berbasis pupuk organik cair terhadap hasil selada. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kasa milik petani Desa Windujaya, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Kabupaten Banyumas, selama 3 bulan (April-Juni 2014). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah akar, bobot kering akar, volume akar, luas daun, bobot basah tanaman, bobot basah tanaman layak jual, bobot kering tanaman, bobot basah tajuk, bobot kering tajuk. Data dianalisis dengan uji F. Apabila terdapat perbedaan nyata, dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rakitan teknologi budidaya selada organik berbasis pupuk organik cair belum mampu meningkatkan komponen pertumbuhan dan komponen hasil.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of assembly technologies of organic lettuce cultivation based on liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of lettuce, (2) the effect of assembly technologies of organic lettuce cultivation based on liquid organic fertilizer to product of lettuce. The research was conducted in farmer's Screen house Windujaya Village, Kedungbanteng sub-district, Banyumas District for 3 months (April-June, 2014). The experimental design used was Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications. The variables measured were plant height, number of leaves, root fresh weight, root dry weight, root volume, leaf area, plant fresh weight, fresh weight of marketable crops, plant dry weight, canopy fresh weight, canopy dry weight. Data were analyzed by F test. If there is significant difference, then it is followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with 5% error level. The results indicated that lettuce cultivation assemblies technology based on liquid organic fertilizer has not been able to increase growth and product components.
