Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kajian yuridis Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purbalingga Nomor 28 Tahun 2012 Tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (Perda TSP) terhadap Pasal 74 Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 Tentang Perseroan Terbatas (UU PT) dan realisasi Pasal 26 Perda TSP yang mengamanatkan pengelola tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sudah harus terbentuk paling lambat satu tahun sejak diundangkannya Perda ini.
Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis sosiologis berupa gabungan antara metode penelitian yuridis normatif dan yuridis sosiologis. Yuridis normatif dalam penelitian hukum ini menggunakan pendekatan taraf sinkronisasi hukum untuk mengkaji Perda TSP terhadap Pasal 74 UU PT. Sedangkan yuridis sosiologis dalam penelitian hukum ini digunakan untuk mengkaji realisasi Pasal 26 Perda TSP yang mengamanatkan pengelola tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sudah harus terbentuk paling lambat satu tahun sejak diundangkannya Perda ini. 
Hasil penelitian tentang kajian yuridis Perda TSP terhadap Pasal 74 UU PT adalah beberapa Pasal dalam Perda TSP yaitu Pasal 1 angka (6), Pasal 1 angka (9) dan Pasal 20 ayat (1) bertentangan dengan Pasal 74 UU PT dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 47 Tahun 2012 Tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan Perseroan Terbatas.  
Pasal 26 Perda TSP belum dapat direalisasikan dengan baik karena sampai penelitian hukum ini dilakukan belum ada koordinator atau leading sektor dalam pembentukan tim pengelola TSP, hal ini dikarenakan beberapa faktor, yaitu:
a.	Kurangnya koordinasi antar instansi/lembaga Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Purbalingga;
b.	Kurangnya kesadaran dikalangan sumber daya manusia di instansi/lembaga Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Purbalingga;
c.	Kurangnya fungsi pengawasan baik berupa pemantauan maupun evaluasi dari Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kabupaten Purbalingga untuk lebih mendesak Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Purbalingga untuk segera membentuk peraturan pelaksana Perda TSP ini.

This research aims to find out how is the juridical review about the Regional Regulation in the Regency of Purbalingga Number 28 in 2012 about the Corporation  Social Responsibility (Perda TSP) to the Article 74 Ordinance Number 40  in 2007  about the Limited Company (UU PT) and Realization of the Article 26 Perda TSP that explains the stakeholders of corporation social responsibility have to be established at least one year since establishment of this Regional Regulation (Perda).
The method of approach in this research uses the sociological juridical by  combining between the method of normative juridical research and sociological juridical. Normative juridical in this law research uses the approach of law synchronization level to examine the regional regulation TSP (Perda TSP) to the Article 74 of Ordinance PT. And the sociological juridical  in  this law research is used to examine the realization Article 26 Perda TSP that explains the stakeholder of corporate social responsibility that must be established at least one year since the establishment of this Perda. 
The results of research about the juridical examination Perda TSP to the Article 74 of Ordinance PT, they are some of articles in Perda TSP  that are Article 1 number (6), Article 1 Number (9) and Article 20 sub article (1) they are contradiction with the Article 74 Ordinance PT and Government Regulation Number 47  in 2012  about  the  Social Responsibility and Limited Company Environment.
Article 26 Perda TSP can not be realized  yet well because until this law research is conducted  there does not has the coordinator or leading sector  in the establishment of the  stakeholder  team TSP,  it is caused there  are some of factors,  that  are: 
a.	Lack of the coordination between the department/regional government institution in the Regency of Purbalingga;
b.	Lack of the awareness in the human resources in the department/regional government institution in the regency of Purbalingga;
c.	 Lack of the controlling function such as the observation or evaluation from the regional legislative assembly in the regency of Purbalingga to insist the regional government in the Regency of Purbalingga to establish the stakeholder   regulation of Perda TSP.
