KAJIAN PENGGUNAAN Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 TERHADAP HAMA ULAT KROP KUBIS (CrocidolomiapavonanaF.) PADA TIGA VARIETAS TANAMAN KUBIS (Brassica oleracea L.) DATARAN RENDAH

Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh konsentrasi P. fluorescens P60 terhadap keberadaan hama ulat krop, predatornya dan hasil panen tanaman kubis. (2) pengaruh tiga varietas kubis terhadap keberadaan hama ulat krop, predatornya dan hasil panen tanaman kubis. (3) interaksi antara konsentrasi P. fluorescens P60 dan varietas kubis terhadap keberadaan hama ulat krop, predatornya dan hasil panen tanaman kubis. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2014 yang dilaksanakan di lahan pertanian Desa Cindaga, Kecamatan Kebasen, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu varietas kubis dataran rendah (KK-Cross, Sumgreen, dan Summer Autumn) dan faktor yang kedua yaitu P. fluorescens P60 yang terdiri dari 4 taraf konsentrasi (kontrol, 10 ml/100 ml air, 20 ml/100 ml air, dan 30 ml/100 ml air) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji F taraf 5% dan apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: P. fluorescens P60 dengan berbagai taraf konsentrasi belum mampu mengendalikan intensitas serangan, populasi larva, dan kelompok telur C. pavonana, namun relatif aman terhadap keberadaan predatornya. Kubis varietas KK-Cross, Sumgreen, dan Summer Autumn belum mampu mengendalikan intensitas serangan, populasi larva, dan kelompok telur C. pavonana namun relatif aman bagi keberadaan predatornya. Interaksi antara varietas dengan P. fluorescens P60 belum mampu dalam mengendalikan intensitas serangan, populasi larva dan kelompok telur C. pavonana serta tidak mampu meningkatkan hasil panen tanaman kubis.

This research aims to know: 1) the effect of P. fluorescens P60 concentrations to existence of the cabbage crop caterpillar pest, predators and yield, 2) the effect of three cabbage varieties to existence of the cabbage crop caterpillar pest, predators and yield, 3) interaction between P. florescens P60 consentrations and cabbage varieties to exsistence of the cabbage crop caterpillar pest, predators and yield. The research was implemented from May until August 2014 in a farming ground at Cindaga Village, 2 Kebasen Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. The research was conducted by using factorial randomized block design (RCBD) consisted of two factors. The first factor was lowland cabbage varieties (KK-Cross, Sumgreen, and Summer Autumn) and the second one was P. fluorescens P60 consisted of four concentrations (control, 10 ml/100 ml water, 20 ml/100 ml water, and 30 ml/100 ml water) with three replicates. Data obtained were analyzed by using F-test of 5% and when significant then continued with HSD of 5%. The results of the research showed that: P. fluorescens P60 bacteria various concentration levels was unable control C. pavonana’s attack intensity, larval population, and eggs cluster; but it was relatively safe toward the existence of its predators. The low land cabbage varieties KK-Cross, Sumgreen, and Summer Autumn were unable control C. pavonana’s attack intensity, larval population, and eggs cluster, however it was relatively safe toward the existence of its predators. Interaction between the varieties and P. fluorescens P60 was unable control C. pavonana’s attack intensity, larval population, and eggs cluster and the yield was insignificantly influenced.
