Hutan sebagai sumber daya alam yang sangat penting untuk kehidupan. Memiliki perananstrategisdalamaspeksosial, lingkungandanekonomi.Pengelolaanhutanmelibatkanbeberapa stakeholder yang memilikiandildengankebijakan yang ada.Polakerjasama yang terjalinbaikdiharapkandapatmewujudkantujuan yang telahdisepakati.PengelolaanHutanBersamaMasyarkat (PHBM) telahmewadahikerjasamaantar stakeholder.
Untukmenyesuaikanbeberapapandanganmengenaipolakerjasama yang terjalinpenelitimenggunakanmetodekualitatifdeskriptif .Penelitimencobamenggambarkanmengenaikerjasama yang telahdilakukanoleh stakeholder (Perhutani, Palawidan LMDH) untukmelihatperanandanketerlibatandalampengelolaanhutan di DusunKalipagu, DesaKetenger.Metodepenelitiandilakukandenganwawancara, observasidanmenganalisisdokumen yang berkaitanyaituUndang-undang 41 Tahun 1999.Penelitimenggunakanmetodeanalisisdari Model Analisis Miles danHuberman(1992:20) yang terdiridaripengumpulan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data danpenarikankesimpulan.
Hasildari model analisis yang telahdilakukanmakakesimpulandaripenelitianinibahwapolakerjasama yang sudahterjalinsesuaidenganperjanjian Program PengelolaanHutanBersamaMasyarakatsesuaidenganperanan stakeholder masing-masing.Setiap stakeholder memilikikewenanganmasing-masingdalampengelolaanhutan.Namun, masihperludiperbaikimengenaikomunikasi, keterlibatandanketerbukaandalamkerjasamamengelolahutan.Masihbersifatsentralistik ,maksudnyakebijakanhanyadipegangolehsalahsatu stakeholder. Diharapkandapatbekerjasamadenganbaikgunamencapaitujuanbersama.Besarharapan, hutantetaplestariuntukkemakmuranmasyarakatpinggiranhutan

Forest is one of important nature resource for human life. It has strategic roles in social, environment and economy aspects. Forest management involves some stakeholders in which they have a well participation on the available policy. A good cooperation pattern is expected to achieve a fix goal. PengelolaanHutanBersamaMasyarkat (PHBM) has covered cooperation among stakeholders. 
To adjust some views about cooperation pattern, the researcher uses descriptive qualitative method. The researcher tries to describe the cooperation done by stakeholders (Perhutani, Palawidan LMDH) for finding roles and involvements in forest management in DusunKalipagu, DesaKetenger. Research method is conducted by interviews, observations, and analising documents relates to Undang-undang 41 Tahun 1999. Researcher uses analysis method proposed by Miles danHuberman(1992:20) consisting of data collection, data reduction, data present and making conclusion. 
Finding of analysis of this research, the cooperation pattern which have done is appropriate with agreement of PengelolaanHutanBersamaMasyarakat and each stakeholder’s roles. Each stakeholder has an authority in forest manufacturing. However, it still needs to be reformed in communication, involvement and openness of forest management cooperation. It is still centralistic which means the policy is only dominated by one of stakeholders. Thus, the cooperation can be conducted well to reach the main goal. Everyone expects that the forest keeps in preservation for human prosperity especially in coastal forest.
