Penelitian yang berjudul “Struktur Naratif dalam Novel Midah Simanis Bergigi Emas Karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer” ini berlatar belakang tentang unsur-unsur naratif yang membangun sebuah novel. Rumusan penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu mendeskripsikan kernel-satelit, urutan tekstual dan urutan kronologis. Manfaat dari penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua yaitu manfaat teoritis dan manfaat praktis. Manfaat teoritis penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan keilmuan sastra khususnya struktur naratif. Manfaat praktis penelitian ini yaitu bisa menjadi referensi penelitian untuk memahami gambaran struktur naratif dalam novel Midah Simanis Bergigi Emas karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu memanfaatkan cara-cara penafsiran dengan menyajikannya dalam bentuk deskripsi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah struktur naratif yang terkandung dalam  novel Midah Simanis Bergigi Emas karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik baca dan catat. Setelah itu mencatat bagian-bagian penting dari novel tersebut yang berhubungan dengan unsur naratif (kernel-satelit, urutan tekstual dan urutan kronologis) dalam novel tersebut. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah mendeskripsikan unsur naratif (kernel-satelit, urutan tekstual, urutan kronologis) dalam novel. Setelah itu menganalisis struktur naratif dalam novel tersebut. 
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam novel ini terdapat empat puluh dua kernel dan delapan puluh tujuh satelit yang membangun cerita. Mengacu pada urutan tekstual, novel ini menggunakan alur maju atau linear (abc) karena cerita disusun dengan berurutan dari awal hingga akhir. Mengacu pada urutan kronologis, alur awal terdapat pada kernel satu sampai dengan kernel lima. Peningkatan konflik terdapat pada kernel enam, kernel tujuh belas dan kernel dua puluh tiga, sedangkan puncak konflik cerita ini terdapat pada kernel tiga puluh tujuh. Tahap penyelesaian konflik terdapat pada kernel empat puluh satu dan kernel empat puluh dua.

The research, entitled "Struktur Naratif dalam Novel Midah Simanis Bergigi Emas Karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer" the background of the narrative elements that build a novel. The formulation of this research is to describe the kernel-including satellite, textual sequence and chronological order. The benefit of this study is divided into two theoretical benefits and practical benefits.Benefits Theoretically this research is to develop the scientific literature, especially narrative structure. Practical benefits of this research that could be a reference study to understand overview of the narrative structure of the novel Midah Simanis Bergigi Emas Karya Pramoedya AnantaToer.
	The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, is utilizing the methods of interpretation by presenting it in the form of descriptions. The focus of this research is contained in the narrative structure of the novel Midah Simanis Bergigi Emas karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer.The data collection technique used is the reading technique and noting technique. After that record important parts of the novel dealing with narrative elements (kernel-satellite, textual sequence and chronological order) in the novel.The data analysis technique used is to describe the narrative elements (kernel-satellite, textual order, chronological order) in the novel. After analyzing the narrative structure of the novel.
	The results showed that in this novel there are fourty two kernels and eighty seven satellites to build a story. Referring to the textual order, the novel use of forward flow or linear (abc) because the story prepared by sequentially from beginning to end.Referring to the chronological order, beginning grooves present in the kernel one to five. Increased conflict present in six kernel, kernel seventeen and twenty three, while the height of the conflict of the story contained in the kernel of thirty seven. Stages of conflict resolution contained in the kernel of the fourty first and fourty two kernels.
